Collection agency harassing and abusing

On 30th Jan, 2016 unfortunately I lost my wallet in the market containing my HDFC credit card. I called up the customer care for replacement and was told that I had a minimum amount due on my card on paying that I would be issued a new card.

I paid Rs.12, 000 towards my credit card registered in the name of Asavari Mate and Rohit Mate.

Post this, I get a statement indicating the outstanding on the account is around 1, 500 with the due date of 01.01.2016.

And still, you guys have the audacity to send a recovery agent today at my place asking for outstanding...

Regarding misleading & fraudness

Refund not processed even after 2 months
