an amount of 842.70 has been deducted from salary account on 12 jun 14 under header depository charge. it was automatically created by agent while opening my salary account, and i was clearly told by agent that it is completely free. i want a clear explanation urgently why this amount has been deducted without any intimation as it was told demat account is free, piyush sinha [protected]

      Dear Concern,

      I would like to inform you that I have some international transfer problem because I have not received Foreign ID card. So that I have not paid June [1 EMI fully paid & another 35% paid from HDFC a/c] & July [not paid on right time but also paid Personal A/c no.: 20796718 EMI on dated 15th July 2014 through Billdesk online portal and another EMI Personal Loan Account Number: 19604667 still pending due to lack of respond from HDFC support team against my several emails.]

      However, now i have seen in HDFC net banking a/c showing negative (-33, 792.56). Kindly clarify, How comes & why?

      If HDFC played game with this Saving a/c then I have to close because I have no black money to paid HDFC.

      So, I request you to kindly close this matter Immediate to running this account otherwise i have second option.

      Many times I have writting email to concern that intimate me the contact no. of concern person from Cuttack/Bhubaneswar Area, Odisha for collect the cheque. But still nobody responded.

      Important Notice:
      From Next months to further, I unable to credit any single amount to HDFC a/c due to above described manipulated. So, please arrange to collect cheque/cash every months before due date from Cuttack. Odisha.

      Kindly do the needful without any delay.

      Totally disappointed this HDFC Bank. You can see how many times I have filed case aginst HDFC.

          An amount of INR 393 is charged on my account this morning.
          Transaction ID: AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS FOR JUN2014

          May I know what is this for?

          Account number: I do not want to disclose it here, but HDFC is smart enough to find it out.
          Name: Hasan Ibne Sherif
          Branch: Hosur Road Branch (Bommanahalli), Bangalore
          Also, HDFC is charging other components often like "SMS charges", "ATM card charges" etc. I hold accounts in other banks also and I am feeling its better to close down this account. HDFC is the worst compared to all. The maintenance charges are more compared to the amount of interests paid out on saving/deposit accounts.

I once again request you to close / deactivate the credit card immediately ... Some, SA Associates have sent one letter, which was not at all necessary . It is an unhealthy step from an organization of the stature of HDFC... However, since, I am a student now, and can only increase financial pain to my parents, is ready to pay the due amount through net-banking .                 surrender few days back, I was told that value of surrender :

                I have paid Premium for 4 complete years and policy has been
                completed 5 years.
                Last 3 quarter I could not pay my premium due to my parents medical expenditure
                and family expenditure
                so due to financial needs I am surrendering this policy.
                I do not have any source to settle my credits so only way is to recover from
                this bad situation to surrender this policy.
                As you know I have paid premium of more than Two Lac rupees, which is HARD
                EARNING MONEY for my family future, I have trust the HDFC SLIC and took this
                policy.
                After seeing this surrender Quote.. I felt I have been cheated by HDFC SLIC.
                At least you have Quote what ever I have Paid for the 4 Years.

                This is really intolerable. Why I need
                to lose my 4 years Hard Work? ...I need to know, . Where is it going my
                HARD EARNING MONEY?.

                I NEED MY MONEY BACK AT-LEAST WHAT EVER I HAVE PAID FOR THE 4 YEARS..
                I kindly request you to take some action and return my PREMIUM WHICH I HAVE
                PAID FOR THE 4 YEARS.

                  This complaint is against the Credit card division of HDFC credit card. In the month of September I had lost my credit card and hence blocked it.
                  The total outstanding amount in the Credit card at that time was ~ Rs 45, 000. I cleared the entire amount together and did not apply for a new card as I got a new job and left India for training in my new career opportunity. I was stunned to see HDFC credit card still sending me bills of ~ Rs 0.88 in months of November/December 2013. I had a telephonic conversation with them Ticket Number - [protected] where they had confirmed that they have cleared some late fee that was associated with it. However, the bill clearance emails kept coming every month. Please get this straight, my credit card was blocked and I never applied for a new credit card - so technically, I did not have a HDFC credit card with me.
                  Upon all this nuisance, where I kept writing to them to not send me bills since I was not using their service, a mail drops in March 2014 saying they have applied the annual cost of ~ Rs1600 on the card. Again, I did not have any credit card of HDFC for 6 months starting September yet they sent me this amount. I again wrote to them and spoke to them that I am not paying a cent as I have not been using their card and did not hold any credit card of HDFC. In July 2014, they sent me bills of ~ Rs 3600 mentioning I have to clear this amount. I again denied paying this amount and their escalations department reverted back to me (Mr.Arun) that their bank is looking to resolve this matter and asked me to be "patient" regarding the same. They also provided me a phone number where I was asked to get in touch in certain time slots. Every time I called them in those time slots, nobody picked up!! I even emailed them my number and asked to get in touch yet they never called. (Reference number [protected])

                  Last week again their escalations department have written to me asking me to clear the payment without even bothering to have a conversation with me. It is very annoying that their Credit card sales department keeps calling and bugging people to sign up for credit cards and the post closure service is so so poor. I have been harrassed time and again since the last 10 months and looking for justice. HDFC bank, I had immense respect for your back with my recurring deposits, salary account, credit card everything at your service. Not only have I cancelled all those services but I will do my word of mouth to make sure nobody else suffers like me. As for me paying, I am taking this to the highest level of judiciary to find any possible reason why I should be making this payment amongst the harassment that I am going through from your bank.

                    I am srinivas, am a credit card holder with your bank, card limit is 30000 and i was used 25000 in the month of dec 2012
                    and i have paid the amount more than 30000 rupees till oct 2013, when i was paid last amount 4000 rupees hdfc collection agent said that
                    you have cleared all amount and you don't want to pay any amount in future but now am and my brother frequently getting harassment and threatning calls
                    from HDFC collection manager (Richmond circle Branch Bangalore) Mr. Prakash M. NO [protected] and his colleague [protected],

                    Am getting harassment calls from this no [protected] (HDFC Collection Vendor) and asking pay the amount 54000 rupees immediaty otherwise, he is saying that
                    he will do harassment to my family members and hdfc collection team not following any RBI rules,

                    RBI Rules:

                    (iii) Fair Practices in debt collection

                    (a) In the matter of recovery of dues, banks / NBFCs may ensure that they, as also their agents, adhere to the extant instructions on Fair Practice Code for lenders (circular DBOD. Leg. No. BC. 104 /09.07.007 / 2002–03 dated May 5, 2003) as also IBA’s Code for Collection of dues and repossession of security. In case banks / NBFCs have their own code for collection of dues it should, at the minimum, incorporate all the terms of IBA's Code.

                    (b) In particular, in regard to appointment of third party agencies for debt collection, it is essential that such agents refrain from action that could damage the integrity and reputation of the bank / NBFC and that they observe strict customer confidentiality. All letters issued by recovery agents must contain the name and address of a responsible senior officer of the card issuing bank whom the customer can contact at his location.

                    (c) Banks / NBFCs / their agents should not resort to intimidation or harassment of any kind, either verbal or physical, against any person in their debt collection efforts, including acts intended to humiliate publicly or intrude the privacy of the credit card holders’ family members, referees and friends, making threatening and anonymous calls or making false and misleading representations.

                          Depository charges- This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by HDFC bank. An amount of 842.70 was deducted from my savings account on 11 July 2014 under the header of depository charges, without even letting me know. Dmat services i never tried to pursue, they Mislead the people when they open the account by saying that this is for free no extra charges will be deducted . I want my money back to my account. Consumer services if are still there then please take some action against steeling money from the million peoples accounts.

                            HI, I just called HDFC customer care.I just wanted to know about some extra charges they just did to my account. They told we have sent you verification code and I just checked there was no code even after half an hour. Now I do not have any option so submitting my complaint here.                             Similar kind of experience. No matter how regular you pay your credit card bill, the outstanding amount never decreases (even though you havent used your credit card bill at all). Customer service is absolutly pathetic.

                              I lost my tam card, I blocked the card and applied for new debit card. I got my card but it was hot listed I.e. No use and also waited for more than 9 days but still didn't received.

                              I went for bank "Old Airport Road branch", to make a complain, but instead of that he hold me nothing will happen even if you will complain as this s the process and all bulls*** he told. Thn he gave form to apple for new debit card in that your name will display. I have applied on 9th July and condition is, I didn't received my Debit Card and pin. Is that I have lost my debit card, I have to suffer like this for one of the best bank in India.

                              All are responsible for it. Called customer care 10-11 times, but they don't had any information about. My latest reference number for te applied debit card in bank is : EA[protected].

                              Please anybody take actions on this who are responsible for this. Really bad experience and customer service...

                                  Again Krishnan Bharantharan, i taken policy 14/05/2014 till now the policy document and card not yet received. Credit card EMI Loan No: 10995882 for your reference. ( i paid three installment already, but i dint received the Docements) My cell no. [protected] & my Earlier Complaints No: [protected] through E-mail. Please Short out this problem as early as possible, otherwise your Entirely service zero.
                                  HDFC Life customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  Rajan Sitaram Parab. I`m having Home loan Protection plan in your HDFC Vikas Complex Thane Branch. A/c no.[protected]. I taken policy 29/07/2011. I`ll pay Amount 9153.00 cheque no. 51029656. Union
                                  Bank Airoli Branch. When before opening policy daily calls getting, but after opening policy no one picking my call and mail response. Your Representative Mr. Sunil Ahuja Sr. Relationship Officer, HDFC SALES, Vikas Complex, Thane. Tel. No.[protected] Imeet many times, calls &amp;amp; Emails. But still no response.


                                  4 Years over till now I am not received my policy details. Every time I send mail &amp;amp; calls to MR. Sunil Ahuja. This is real . I am very much frustrated.

                                      To, Date:17-7-14 National Housing Bank New Delhi, India Copy-RBI, HDFC Subject : HDFC Ltd. steal my money by an arbitrary way. Respected Sir/Madam It is with great agony that I wish to bring your kind notice that I apply a land purchasing loan from HDFC Ltd file no[protected]. They reject to loan my file because 20 year back there was a minor in sale dead of that plot which I want to purchase. They ask me to make this minor as confirming party. This is ridicules that how can i or also land seller can find that minor and there family who sold that land 20 years ago and went somewhere else. Possession of seller is from last 20 years on that land without any dispute. It’s like inviting a buffalo to hit yourself. I have submitted all necessary documents to HDFC for loan like ITR, Bank statement etc. and a blank cheque of my bank A/c and cash Rs.1500/- for some legal purpose as told by HDFC officials. All this process held in last month june-14. Several time meeting done for document correction and verification. But HDFC reject my loan application with an unexpected reason. I think I could not make HDFC officials happy with some reason. On month june-14 ending I told HDFC on phone that this is not possible for me to find that minor and his family so you can close my case. I not need any loan from your company and i will collect my all submitted document from HDFC . After that i engaged in some work and could not take back my documents. On 8-July-14 i seen my bank statement i surprised to know that HDFC charged my bank A/c. Rs.10229.00 by cheque no21031818 on 7-july-14. This is a fraud by HDFC ltd. I visit HDFC office and ask why they unnecessary charge my bank A/c. They told that it will take 5-6 days to get back money and some amount will deduct. On a ground of an illogical reason HDFC ltd not give me loan. How can they charge me? This is stealing. I lost lot of time and money and at last I got mental harassment by HDFC. I want to know that. 1. Why they process my file if there is any basic complication. 2. When they reject my file on which ground they charged amount from me. 3. Without any work and information how can they use my cheque. 4. on same day when HDFC reject my loan. If I give request for stop payment of that cheque how can they charge me? 5. can i put this matter on consumer court.? This is my request to government concerned department that please do the necessary to refund my full money which HDFC taken arbitrarily.                                         i had applied for credit card on 16th june 2014 my referance no. is [protected]S2 still now i didnt get my credit card.. status is still now 'IN PROCESS' i called customer care, they told that i ll get it within 21 days but still now i didnt get my credit card. while applying i was informed that ill get my card within 10-15 days... hdfc bank only know how to do...BADI BADI BAATE...
