cashback not received

I have bought my two iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 each within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible....

by-mistake buy 2 policies and in first entered incorrect name

Hi,

I have mistakenly bought 2 policies and mailed multiple time to hdfc support team and called. They are not initiating refund for my second policy nor replying on mail.
As well i want to continue with first policy but need name correction in my form mailed for this as well but no reply. Tagged them on twitter as well no reply.
I will definitely lodge a complaint after lockdown against you guys....

oneassist payment: automatic deduction of money from credit card without prior notifications

Hi,
Am varsha, an hdfc account holder. Last year i have activated oneassist but i didn't use any of it's benefits nor registered to it's applications but still i have paid around 1900 last year and the customer service member said me i'll get call fa next year if i want to again take this oneassist membership or i can cancel the membership.
This year without any notifications, from my credit card ₹1, 899 have been debited....

Dear concern,
I have purchased the apple iphone xr from the croma store in cannught place, delhi on hdfc card cashback offer of a sum of 5000 rupees which according to the offer shall be posted in my account in 120 days, but today on 27 april the time period is over i bought the mobile on 27/12/2019 and i haven’t tecieved my cashback. otp not receiving on email id

I am frequently travelling abroad and use international sim cards for their convenience and economical cost. Quite frequently i need to make online or debit card transactions, but the otp is always being sent to my registered phone number only, and not to my registered email id. This is so inconvenient and does not make sense. What if i lose my indian sim? Does it mean that i will have zero access to my own bank account.

payment debit 3 times from my hdfc credit card account

Dear sir,
I have made payment for trade certificate on parivahan.gov.in (Transportcommmhsbiepay) but there was an error and the amount got debit from my account but to date not refunded to my account.
I had tried it 3 times from my hdfc credit card xxxx3986 and all 3 times the error occurred and my credit card were charged with rs.10, 118/- (Each time) in all 10, 118 x3 = 30, 354/- on 17th march 2020. But to date not refunded...

complaint about job

Please note i received a call from hdfc bank hr name ronit kapoor on friday for the assistant manager post, they asked me to pay fees of 1850 rs as registration cost to join further. They given me the study material to prepare for the interview. Please check and confirm if this is fake. Also required the money back for me which paid

one assist mfee debited in my credit card

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 0603 without my concern on date:04/04/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this one assist mfee membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/- otherwise file a case at district consumer court.

I have bought iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card (Nri account holder) on 16/12/2019 from apple store in dlf cyber hub, gurgaon. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transaction date) but unfortunately i have not received the cashback till now and its more than 120 days. Due to the lockdown i am not able to contact the store. Kindly get this issue resolved as soon as possible....

Ipad 7th gen cashback not received

I have bought an i pad on 11 december 2019 from i crest (Apple varified retailer)
And there is an offer that if you spend more than 26000 or some from your hdfc debit or credit card you will get 3000 cashback and i have bought the i pad with the sum of total 29000 from my hdfc debit card. I read all the terms carefully but till now i have not get any update about cashback.
Even i mailed hdfc their response is not satisfied....

I purchased new i phone 11 on 7 December 2019from chandigarh authorised apple store ”icrescent “with my hdfc bank regalia credit card and today till 25 april 2020, I have not received any cashback. Try to call many times bt unable to talk. Kindly look into this matter and resolve it asap. Cashback amount was rs 6000 and I purchased i phine 11 white 64 gb for 64, 900..it should be credited into my account by now. Kindly look into the matter....

update phone number through netbanking

Cannot change mobile number through netbanking. Due to Covid 19, no one is available to take calls.What is this behaviour!It is already hard during lockdown, now i cant even access my own money from my own account as my sim card got blocked because i hadnt recharged it for sometime....

iphone 11 cashback not received

I purchased iphone 11 on 26th dec 2019 and was told to get a cashback of 6000₹ within 120 days of purchase.
Today is the last day and i’m yet to receive the cashback.
I tried reaching out to reliance digital from where i purchased it but they said it should be resolved by the bank only as it was bank offer.
Let me know the issue and try to resolve it asap....

I am complaining about fraudulent on my hdfc credit card

Alert:rs.129.00 spent via credit card xx9494 at amazon1258399 on[protected]:21:14:47
I can't understand without my prior knowledge someone has used my card details in amazon that is also without any otp notification. Pls solve the problem and i want the above mentioned amount to be credited in my account. It is a serious issue, if not solved i will block my card and will making further payment of my outstanding dues.
