I had purchased an iphone and a smart watch on 1st dec 2019 using hdfc regalia credit card from store and was supposed to receive 10% cashback after 120 days. But the amount has not been credited yet. This is very disappointing service from hdfc. I talked with bank but they are not entertaining on this regard.
Please help and resolve this issue on high priority.

I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank debit card on 30/12/2019 from croma rohini west. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in croma, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible....

I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 2703 without my concern on date:30/04/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

Please be informed, i have been wrongly debited around inr 2400 as mirevenue gefu charges by hdfc bank ltd. Without any information. The reason for deduction has not been mentioned or clarified to me.

Please note, this is a salary account & i have never maintained any minimum balance, neither any such condition has been informed to me till date by the bank. I have been maintaining this salary account for almost 10 years now...

I bought an iphone at an iworld store in malviya nagar delhi and as per the offer i payed using my hdfc debit card in full on 2nd december 2019. I was promised 6000 cashback on the total amount of 69900 i payed for the iphone which was to be credited within 120 days of the the last day of the month that is 31sr december 2019 it's been time i should have received within the stipulated timeline but i haven't received the money in my account...

I purchased iphone xr on 24/12/2019 from teleworlds mobiles pvt ltd. Pitampura new delhi 110034. As mentioned by hdfc bank cashback of rs.5000 was promised to be credited in the account of the customer within 120 days from the last date of the transaction month but it is still not credited and the given time is now over. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible....

I made an online transaction with my debit card to olymptrade.com on 26 apr 2020 of $10. After a couple of dayson 28.4.2020, i see that the same amount has been deducted again with the narration saying "mctf progue with out cheque/ref. No. I contacted the original beneficiary and they are unaware of any such transaction triggered from their side. I want to understand why this and to want a refund asap. I see this forum has a couple more...

My name is md naushad alam. I am using hdfc regallia credit card from one year, on 17.04.20 rs.900 got deducted from my card for hegic-credt shirld %26amp;flc and 100+gst for emi processing fee - smartemi in rs295.54.
I did not opt for any of the credit shield policies or health or life insurance in first place. I don't know why hdfc being such a reputed organisation cross sell these insurance products in this unauthorised manner.br...

I was entitled to receive 6000 rupees cash back on iphone 11 purchase within 120 days. I bought it on 21/12/2019. I have already crossed the cooling period, but i am yet to receive the cash back. Please expedite to resolve this problem.
I bought it from reliane digital, phoenix mall, chennai on 21/12/2019.
Hope this problem will get resolved and will receive the cash back as soon as possible....

I think i have been made the victim of fraud. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible....
