Total load availed : 133000 Amount paid already : 79000 ( EMI 3274 ) Rs 59920 has been lien marked and debited my Savings account HDFC [protected] I will not tolerate any more communication and harrasment to my parents . I need your help in settling this very old account of 6 years old. Total amount paid so far for a loan of Rs 133000 is 59920 + 79000 = 138920. Still the HDFC bank shows an outstanding of 1200000 /- I dont understand this unduly cheating by HDFC bank
Today i received around 75 calls from these two numbers [protected] and [protected] . They are harrasing my parents that they would be arrested by police. Both my parents are not healthy and they are cardiac patients

      I am having a current account in Hdfc Bank indore Branch. As I am continuously facing so many issues with bank and when i talk to the phone banker they are not able to solve my problem and even not able to reply properly. recently HDFC Bank Debit my a/c with INR 3000 without my permission on 21 Nov 2013 and mentioned cash withdraw.how a bank can withdraw a cash from my a/c without my permission when called to phone banker for the same so they are not able to justify the reason that why they have done a withdraw of 3000 from my A/c.How some one can withdraw cash amount from my A/c.

      Another issue is that 4 month back HDFC has given me a credit card but after that they have not given me the credit card bill and PIN also. I called so many times to phone banker for the billing statement and PIN so that i can know the billing amount and can pay the same but after requesting more that 5 times they have provide me the duplicate statement.after providing me the statement i paid the full amount but in next month bill they have charged so many late fees and finance charges and told me that it is because of late payment.I want to make one thing very clear that it is not a late payment from my side.If you are not able to provide me the statement and bill how some one can pay the amount without any statement and bill.HDFC bank should check that how many time i have requested for duplicate statement if they are not able to provide me bill on time than its not my mistake. total fraud done by bank, not expected with this level of bank.I am waiting to complete 30 day than i will complaint the same in RBI.

        I had opted for one month subscription with WWW.BigFlix.com using HDFC Bank Credit Card. However, Bank keeps charging every month with prior notice and stores user data for making payment. This risks my credit card data. Also bank practices are unethical. Sophisticated way of looting your card holders and later on blame it on "Terms and Conditions" page. On one hand, you provide cards without annual maintenance fees and on the other you recover the money from so many unethical practices. HDFC Credit Cards must be avoided.

          To The Manager Grievance Dept. HDFC LIFE Kolkata – 700 001 Sub:- Request for paying interest for the cancelled policies 15992540 & 15991514 Ref:- My letter dated 19th November, 2013 and your last reply letter dated November 28, 2013 Attn:- Mr. Pravin Birje, Customer Service Department Sir, It is very much surprising to see that you have denied to pay interest for the above mentioned cancelled policies citing an alibi that in the ‘Declaration Section’ of the Proposal Form it was mentioned that it was an ‘interest free deposit’. You must clearly note that originally one policy was opted by my father Sri Salil Kumar Ghosh and another one by myself. Both o[censored]s filled up proposal forms in our own handwriting which were completely changed and my signature was forged by your representative and both the policies were generated by my name. Therefore, the declaration section of the proposal form for the above mentioned policies did not carry my original signature which indicates that I have never accepted your terms and conditions. I can challenge that you will not be able to furnish the proposal form where I had signed and accepted your terms and conditions. As a result you were compelled to cancel both the policies by returning my initial deposit which was allegedly held by your company for seven months. Therefore, Rs 86, 000/- did accrue a reasonable amount of interest which I have been claiming from you. So, please do not try to dilute the importance of the matter by diverting the focus from the main point that you have cheated my father and myself by forging my signature and doing injustice with us which is highly illegal. SO, BASED ON EXTANT SAVINGS BANK INTEREST RATE, CALCULATE THE INTEREST ON RS 86, 000/- FOR THE PERIOD OF SEVEN MONTHS AND RETURN THE SAME TO MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHIN SEVEN WORKING DAYS, FAILING WHICH I SHALL i) Inform the matter to consumer forum as well as consumer complaint web-site. ii) File a Case against your company through my lawyer iii) Share the incidence of fraudulence and forgery done by your company to my friends, relatives and acquaintance through Social Networking Websites. iv) Inform the whole incidence to IRDA.             They have all crooks in there customer service deptt. always tell new things about your card so I finally closed my account after 3 years o[censored]sage. they didnot inform me about reward points settlement and now they are saying since ur account is closed u cannot avail reward points. In a good and customer centric environment company shud issue me a letter stating that you have this much points available which you can use against certain things. However with this stupid bank you dont get anything no letter from there side that my account is closed. my card number was [protected].               As per the ad in Deccan Chronicle on 02nd December 2013 regarding email data entry jobs for housewives, I called up the mentioned numbers on the same day. The lady I spoke to was Ria and she told me that she is calling from HDFC bank from chennai and they are giving laptop with internet for the data entry job from home. For that she asked me to deposit 2000 rupees in one Nitin Khandelwal 's a/c in delhi which is now closed after I deposited the money. Then the next day, I received a call from Shaheen saying that she has to send the laptop along with an executive, so for that I have to deposit 4500 rupees as the courier charges which will be refunded to me along with my third month's salary (Rs 25000 per month). Then I deposited 4500Rupees on the name of Raj Malhotra's account which is held in SBI bank shastrinagar branch. From then onwards till 11th december, they kept on telling me the different timings they will be sending the laptop and then suddenly, to my shock, since 12th dec, all the three mobiles are switched off which are [protected], [protected] and [protected]. I request you to please, please help me in this regard. I can't give you my phone number.

                I spoke to customer care of HDFC bank before doing the the transaction on 01.10.13, and they confirmed that i can buy any thing and i can convert that amount in to EMI, based on that i made a transaction on 10.11.2013 for Rs.60900/-, after that i contacted the customer care, and they are saying you can not convert this tranaction in to emi, they told send the mail to Grivances cell, then i send some many mai, but these people are saying you have to pay the full amount at one time, and now they are charging interest also, now i don't have that much money for that i am prefering for emi. pls help me with this regard.                   Dear Sir, My name is Rahul Saxena i have Saving account in HDFC :[protected] at 8th of Dec'13 i submitted my salary cheque of 31, 000rs which was clear yesterday, 10th Dec'13 i did withdrawal of 10, 000 last evening now today i was transferring fund to my parents and i saw my Account Balance is "ZERO" and rest 21, 000rs is on HOLD... i called at customer care and they said due to my pending credit card bill this money is on HOLD. this is my only working and salary account, next month my salary would come in this same account, and HDFC Bank says they will again hold my money untill i pay.. when i called at customer care that person made 1000 excuse and didn't let me talk to the supervisor... now can who would tell me when they are keep blocking my account... how to HELL I WILL GET MONEY TO.. 1: PAY THIS DAMN CREDIT CARD BILL!!! 2: PAY RENTS !!! my Credit Card no is. [protected] I HAD AN ACCIDENT BECAUSE OF THIS I WAS OUT OF STATION, NO JOB for past 2 month of OCT and NOV'13 !!! i was keep getting call on my number which was unanswered because i was not fit to talk. this was my Sept's Salary now today i am back to work and i have so many expenses this week.. so CAN I KNOW WHERE DID I SIGN ON WHICH PAPER OR WHAT PHYSICAL TRANSACTION I DID THAT HDFC PULLED MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!! is this what you call "SAFE AND SECURE BANKING" Believe me.. after when this is over.. i am going to permanent close my HDFC SAVING ACCOUNT and CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT also i will suggest every one to never go for HDFC Saving account or Credit Card.. and i wish no one from HDFC would call me "do u need a credit card..." >:( >:(

                    my salary account has been debited 5 times with total amount of Rs.1741.58 for "AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS" for MAY to AUG &NOV 2012 without any prior intimation or alert. I have never been communicated via Email or SMS for any such charges they introduced. If they can send promotional emails and SMS to their customers then why can't they send an alert about a new charges they impose; so that customer can maintain the balance before it goes below the required amount. This happened fifth time with me and its not acceptable in any case. Kindly process the refund for all these debit transactions otherwise I have to CLOSE my account with HDFC Bank forever Thanks jayprakash Verma

                      I am Tarsem Singh resident of Dhuri, (Punjab). I went to surrender my HDFC youngstar Policy No 12595433 at Patiala office, because I had paid 6 installments of 6000/- each (i.e Rs 36000/-), but my fund value was showing just 25000/-. To avoid further loss, when I wished to surrender my policy, and visited their Patiala office last month. They told that the surrender charges will be @15% of value and I shall get only about 20000/- (even after 4-5 years of commencement of policy). However, I said that I am ready to accept, they told that this amount shall be transferred to your (my) wife's account so give them her bank account no. and proof (statement or cheque book). I objected that when I am alive, and signing to surrender policy documents, why my wife's account is being asked for? They refused to listen me and said, amount can only be transferred to my wife’s bank account. I had not any bank account in the name of my wife, so I had to make my bank account joint with my wife and then after some days I again went to HDFC Patiala office on 10.12.2013, Now they said that form should also be signed by my wife. It is ridiculous, when I had purchased under my signature the policy and have paid installments from my pocket and I am signing documents to surrender this policy and also ready to accept that amount can be transferred to my wife’s account account, why her signature are being required ? But they did not accept my surrender documents again and returned me, Now my amount is illegally retained by HDFC. Now, my amount has been illegally retained my HDFC and if fund value is decreased in future, I shall sustain loss whereas I am losing interest on this amount as well.

                          DEPOSITORY CHARGES I have been using the HDFC BANK salary account and they made us fill the DEMAT Account which they told will be free. But then now i can see that the amount of 842.70 is deducted on 12th Nov 2013 mentioning "depository charges Oct 13" I have not even logged in to DEMAT account was not even willing to take it, but they focrced and told that it is free and no deposit will be required and charges will be deducted I want my money back with avalid explanation as to why the amount is deducted from the account directly without informing the account holders. Look into the issue at the earliest and revert my money back to me as it is hard earned money. Do revert me back on Shashank.[protected]@rediffmail.com

Sir, Two weeks back my BMW car was taken to the problem caused by hydronic lock . The revive owner intruded me to claim for the insurance and I did so this was e.mail that received from them there ignorance towards me gutted me a lot.                               HDFC Bank Branch Udyog Vihar -Gurgaon-244001 played a fraud against me.

                              They Misguided me to open Demat Account with my salary account, without even informing me of such services.

                              Further they lay down charges INR 843.00 as Depository Services Charges.

                              Please Help Me to Refund Such charges Rs 843

                                Sir, My name is Alay Pankaj Jhaveri and i trade on hdfc securities. My trade no is 78912. On 3rd dec i sold 2850 trigyn tech shares at 14 rs but on 5th dec i didnt get the full amount of 39630.35, i got 5000 rs less from HDFC securities.                                   I am Rajesh My personal loan account number is 24678498. I have taken my PL on May 2013of Rs.3lacs, 6EMI Paid.

                                  Now I want to foreclose my personal loan and agreed to repay all the amount of personal loan charges .At the time, when i had applied for loan, hdfc guy told me that I can close the loan after 6 months, but when I called phone banking in order to know the procedure they told me that I can't close it before 12 months.

                                  Kindly help me for the same, as I have applied for home loan to HDFC for 19lacs but they asked me to close personal loan first, as they need forecloser certificate of personal loan.Construction of my home is alredy started, now I'll be in trouble, if I'll not allow to pre-close the personal loan.

                                  Please advise the procedure & to whom should I contact for the fast process.

                                    Every Month, there is always wrong deduction of amount from my HDFC Bank by HDFC Bank as a AMB Charges, even there is sufficient amount in my bank account so that there will be no AMB charges . And these wrong deductions from HDFC Bank has been happening for the last 1.5 years. Please check the screenshot attached.

                                    In the Screenshot attached, On 3rd Dec- there is deduction of Rs 394 for the AMB charges for the month of JULY...Why the deduction of JULY in the month of December?????? Even there is deduction of this amount in the month of August...then why this deductions again and again???

                                      I have written phone banking complain on 14/11/2013, 27/11/2013, 05/12/2013
                                      Complain NO: 696037, PELC [protected] and PELC [protected] AND
                                      2 complain from net backing /direct mail.
                                      Regarding Invalid transition on no: 696037
                                      But still given positive reason till date, If you are not resolve my problem after this mail, will go to customer court with proof.
