emi amount showing extra

My contract no is esduantw03817.
I have bought a bike (Suzuki gixxer 155) on 28th feb 2020 from asansol using hinduja leyland finance.
My finance amount is 87500.
My financer promised me to charge 9.5% for 30 months.
So, my emi should be 3609 rs.
But the app shows me to pay the emi of 3708 rs.
I need immediate solution.
If it starts charging 99 rs extra then after 30 months i would give approx...

ecs not fitted

At least six months going to complete still no any esc fitted to the account.
After so many remainder and follow up the situation is still exists. The staffs are not knowlegdeble, they don't know anything.
Please do needfull in this matter urgently otherwise i will go to ombusement.

unnecessary charges - cibil score gone for a toss

Dear team hinduja leyland finance, i applied 2wheeler loan of 30k in dec 2015. The executive of honda showroom told me that you loan amount is now over and you will get noc. Till date i didn't receive any noc and when i checked my cibil is badly affected just because of a nominal charge. My account no is dhdldetw02809. I would expect an urgent solution of the same and get my cibil in order.

We have auto loan hlfltdesptmu00225 which was closed on dec 18, i contacted branch n i had to pay rs 200000 as full and final we paid rs 120000 till april 19
Because of personal problem i contacted again on 28th feb 20 to pay balance so since that i have given many mails for payment
