Complaints on "HP Gas Cylinder"

Dear Sir/mam

It is to inform you that I am a consumer of HP Gas having Reg. no: 619508. From last two week I have called at HP Gas
Ratna Agencies;
Kukatpally, Hyderabad - 500072
Tel: 23157716, 23058363, Numbers are busy or nobody picking the calls when ever ring is there. I have tried atleast 100 times per day and unable to book my gas cylinder.

Kindly do the needful.

Non delivery of HP domestic Gas even after 4 weeks of booking

I have to inform you that we are facing a big problem with my HP GAS Distributor. Every time they delay to replace full cylinder due to worst service and it is regular happening with HP. When we booked the cylinder they will give us wating number and assaured us that we will get the cylinder within 8-10 days. So I make them reminded after 8-10 days. SUPPLY OF UNDERWEIGHT GAS CYLINDERS AT HOME DELIVERY

Pathetic service by soundarya Gas agencies- dasarahalli, magadi road

I have a serious concern about Soundarya Gas Agency which is located in Dasarahalli, Magadi Main road and iam staying near Byadarahalli, bharat nagar which is 10kms from this place.

I booked gas for home delivery on 12.01.2008 but till today 06.02.08 not deliver. No gas cylinder received

We have gas connection from HP with two cylinders. The booking has been done on 20th January'08 over phone no. 22269428 and still now we have not received any gas cylinder. I contact dealer but they told me after 24th February they will try to provided cylinder. Now I am helpless, please do the needful and obliged. Not taking Gas Connection Order

Today, I have visited Mane Gas Agency, Near Vartak Nagar, Thane (W) to apply for new gas connection. I have shifted to this place recently and already have a Gas Stove. The agency refused to give me a only gas connection as told me that it is compulsory to purchase Gas Stove from them for Rs. 3,000/-.
