Hi,

My name is Puneet Kharbanda, a loyal user of Hyundai cars. I am writing in regard of purchase of Hyundai i20 & till date I have not been issued Registration Certificate(RC) because payment has not been done to registrar office by ORION HYUNDAI MG road Gurgaon, Moreover, We have paid the full amount (including registration charges) at the time of full & final payment at showroom on 24th March2019.

At the time of purchase, I was issued a temporary number HR 26-TEMP- 24640 with validity of 1 month, ending on 24 April2019. While I was given assurance that I would be getting the Registration Certificate(RC) by the end of the validity. When I visited the showroom after several follow up from Mr Sandeep, I found that there is no progress in issuance of RC & I was advised to come after a month. Later, when I visited the showroom, I discovered that showroom was closed without any intimation. I was worried about the RC & in duly concern, I telephoned many people & I got a contact of namely Mr Ravi one of the employee of Orion Hyundai who told me that there is no payment made against registration in registrar office.

In addition, I am not able to drive my car after expiry of temporary registration. Besides that my bank instalment is under way. Thus, I am left helpless thinking what to do next as I had no point of contact & the feeling of being cheat left me broken. I as a customer need an explanation to my above questions and need to know what steps would be taken in order to pay my registration fees to registrar office.

I request HYUNDAI MOTOR INDIA LIMITED to kindly look into the matter and provide me with a concrete solution as I am facing a lot of problem without my car RC. I am a field person and I drive 100 km per day. I can’t afford without car even a single day.

    Navigation system is not working in my Brand new i20, even when I connect to the Apple Car play navigation is still not working on this. I have made this complaint multiple times but no one have responded properly to rectify this.
    I brought this car at Khammam -507002(Telangana)- BHARAT Hyundai.
    They is no proper testing while installing the Navigation and Infotainment system and no proper demo has been conducted to the person while taking the delivery.

      I have a Grand i10 car whose number is GJ33B3449, which has gone 13000 short. Not a pickup in this. I have seen Equity Motor in Rajkot, so he told me that the engine of your vehicle will have to be made. There is an error in the third piston. Sometimes it is said that there is a problem in Silencer, it has happened a week, yet what is the problem in the car, he has not been able to know, so what should I do now?

        Dear Sir,

        This has a reference to service of a goyal Hyundai service. I have visited the Service station to servicing my car JH-15F0112 for Suspension work and replacing the meter of my car or repairing of meter whichever is possible. Since as the staffer of service station has did the suspension work and they have raise their hand and convey that goods related to the car is not available and we can not provide the material because the car is old model. it means if a car of your company is 5 years old customer service is not provided to them of goods were out from the service station.

        Please do the needful to repair my meter or change my car meter at ealiest so that I can drive my car safelya.

          As Hyundai Said i purchased and fixed exhaust manifold and o2 sensor, soon later after 1 days again i kept giving car to Hyundai gachibowli service center in Hyderabad and i kept it for 15 to 20 days to rectify problem of slow pickup. and o2 sensor is in warranty the said ECM is gone and again i checked it in other authorized service center they said O2 sensor problem. Which one i should repair it.
          After giving servicing lot of problem they made to me. my vehicle visited gachibowli service center for more than 8 times and they kept running repair and not entered in their logsheet.
          i asked them so many question in mail which they were not given any reply to me.

          I repeatedly visited service executives, Manager vijay, supervisors, Manikanta, Lokesh interacted with HMIL Shivanandha, & On phone with GM Sreenivas, but no response from them . vehicle kept with no repair for 15 days. lastly i realized that they are not showing interest to repair it and taken away from them. even i repeatedly posted in linked in reg this.

            I have hyundai i20 car. Regd no. Hr20ad0693. Dated 26/05/2019. My car was spoiled. I called majestic hyundai fatehabad. But not responce was received from them. .

            Then i call mr. Bhuvnesh khanna (hyundai apsm). But there is no satisfactory answer from them. Dated 26/05/2019 . Then i have to file a complaint in hyundai customer care. Complend no. 1-[protected] .

            My car is parked in hyundai for ten days. And i do not have a single call. There was no majer problem in my car. And demand mony from me.

            I have been calling hyundai care since last one weak. Not getting any responce.

              Dear sir
              This is to inform you that we purchased the new version of Hyundai i20 last year... Its very poor in breaking system, two times i met with an accident, taken to two showrooms, one is ayyapanthangal, chennai kun and oxino Hyundai trichhy, they said this is new version ABS function so its takes little distance and sop it, its not a proper answer, kindly reply and do an immediate action plz, we invested 9.5 lac and faced the injury and loosing our life is very painful...
              I suggest to public plz be aware to get the new version Hyundai i20, breaking system is poor, one group from Hyundai dealer saying that some one or two vehicles are getting such complaint... Plz do the needful sir

                My car Grand i10 No MH12QM4743 was given for servicing on 05 Jun 2019. At the time of their person taking the car I had given two faults for repairs. Firstly, the average of car running was 12.5 KPL, however meter used to show 23 KML. Secondly the screen viper water jet was faulty. Both these faults were not rectified. They informed that car will be taken for re-servicing. But it has not happened.

                  It's been a month since I had given my Hyundai Creta for Accidental complain at RAGHU HYUNDAI at BHIVANI (HARYANA).

                  My car was given to the showroom on 11th of May 2019. Till today no satisfied answers are being given to me . Each time I try to call them, either they do not pick up the phone or if they pick up the phone they simply console me by saying that your work is in progress and do not try to pressurize us by calling again and again.
                  I live in Agra ( Uttar Pradesh ) and my car broke down near Bhivani on 11th May 2019. So please take in consideration and satisfy me as soon as possible.

Which I wish to continue .But your dealer at Nadiad, Gujarat is not allowing me to have such arrangement . What has been I forced to buy a specific insurance and make me to overspent on same insurance?

                      Sir i had purchase a grand I 10 from unity hyundai rohini delhi on 15 april 2019. My car no. is DL8CAX8352
                      At the first day i am completing to rohit who is working in unity hyundai that car has not picup but he is making me fool that car is quit ok
                      it is running. I also got 1st service from aggarwal automotive pvt lt N1445 on 20 may 2019 and also telling him that car has not picup.
                      car is not fly on flyover. But they told us "we can't do anything you can complaint on customer care"
                      Sir form last 15 years I am purchasing maruti suzuki This is first time I had purchase hyundai. First time i suffer much more.
                      From last 1.5 mounts I am complaining many time to rohit and aggarwal automotive where I got service but nobody paid attention

                        Your assistance services were extremely poor.
                        On dated - 01/06/19 time - 19:03 to 21:12
                        There was no response from the toll free number provided by the company. My car stopped running immediately and starting heating. There was no movement in car though i tried with every gear. My family was stuck in the middle of the trip for hours. Yet after trying for the toll free number no reponse was given to us.
                        No help from the company during emergency

                          Since i've booked this car dealing of sales team has been very disappointing.
                          I've been told to take delivery in 15 days and when i reached found car as fault,
                          Repainted new car was handed over to me
                          Whan after confirming to pick rc i went it was in another branch which blown my mind as the team their is not providing correct information
                          After 1.5 month i asked for 1st service of my car took appointment 2 days before from last 4 hours i'm waiting for person to come and pick my car

                          Was supposed to get it around 2 pm thye told me to take it by day end

                          This is sheer irresponsible behavior of himgiri service centre in gugaon sec 34

                          I was promised a voucher of 3000 as referral to be given to one person who referred me i'm yet to receive the same from 1.5 months

                          I'm mentally harassed to such a level that it forced my write it here

                          I thought of going to consumer court but i beleived in hyundai company would never want customer to be pissed off to such extent

                          Let me know the recovery thing and get this issue resolved
                          We have purchased hyundai Verna in the month of Jan 2019 . And from that date only we are communicating with the dealer.
                          But we are not getting any response. We also have to submit this zerox copy to the bank also which provided us loan. So, we are in urgnet need of this.

                            Hi hyundai team,

                            I have given my car for accidental repairs on 21st may and which has been completed and serviced as well. At the time of handover my vehicle to lakshmi hyudai on 21st the side mirrors working as expected and there was no issue at all. Lakshmi hyudai handed over my vehicl on 31st night 8 pm by force because i have to go back to bangalore for my job and children school purpose. On june 1st morning @ 7 am i noticed lot of noise is coming out from left side mirror then started operating the button it was working where as right mirror working as expected. Immediately called service engineer rakesh and explained about the issue. He was on leave and ask me to bring vehicle back to garage which i did. Service engineer took my car inside and informed that the motor got struck hence side mirror have to be replaced or turn on to manual operation. I told them clearly that my vehicle left in the garage almost 10days so mirror got damanged in garage itself but they did not hear. I have to collect my car because i have to travel from hyderabad to bangalore. So they made it to manual operation and told me that it will have impact on battery. It's really disappointed. I have given my car to garage for better condition i never expected that existing parts also will loose. I need a fix from lakshmi hyudai that either they have to replace side mirror or bring it back to normal condition.

                            On June 1st morning @ 7 AM I noticed lot of noise is coming out from left side mirror then started operating the button it was not working where as right mirror working as expected.
                            Our hyundai tv picture tube is damaged, any chances to repalce picture tube? I want picture tube, can u help me?where is the service centrer

                              We have done a booking in huns hyundai at moti nagar, delhi vide payment receipt no. 294 dated 29.05.2019. As per huns hyundai v. P. We were told to deposit the full ex showroom amount of rs. 954000.00 & we will give the delivery of car by 25.06.2019.
                              But now after taking the full payment the company is saying that the car with denim blue color is not avaiable & we are not able to give the car.

                                I am using my first car a electric red i-10 sportz for last 7 years. Right from the beginning i am paying premium for your rsa service but never availed any benefit out of that, it actually gave me a re-assurance that hyundai assurance is there with me.
                                But this year your dealer bengal hyundai refused to enroll me for rsa service telling that as the car is more than 7 years of age hence they will not enroll.

                                I found in youtube you are giving videos highlighting long cherished memories attached with hyundai cars but on the other hand refusal of rsa is truly shows your double standard.

                                  Myself subir chandra das, i have bought i10 sports version 2015 model in the year 2016 december. From 3 months i have been facing problem in eps. While driving i am facing jammed steering. It's the total failure of the company service. How is it possible the failure of eps for two years car. It's the responsibility of the hyundai to replace eps motor at free of cost. I am waiting for company's positive response. My car's initial given below.

                                    We have booked a hyundai venue under pre booking on 5th may 2019 by paying 21000/- to the hyundai motor company subsequently the same went to shreenath hyundai in andheri, our selection while making the booking.
                                    Some how the chembur branch of this dealer started contacting me and from there on it has been a complete horror of an experience.
                                    They have taken the money but have no information on allotment, ent od the car and delivery which was supposed to be a proirity delivery asp rebooked.
                                    The whole exercise of provoking is a complete fraud as the dealer is holding the customer at ransom and asking for finance & insurance to be availed by him from the dealership compulsorily, then only pre booking commitments will be adhered to else the hapless customer has to wait for 2 months.
                                    It is clear that the dealer in question is trying to cheat a hapless customer for extra monetary benefit.
                                    We have mailed hyundai so many times giving proof the dealership fraud and also submitted documentary evidence for the same. There has been no reply from hyundai for the same.

                                      Dear team, i have bought grand i10 from raj hyundai and motors, malviya nagar, new delhi in december. After chasing from last 4 months for the rc and vehicle nuber, i get to know that this showroom is shutdown, and we are so much tired for chasing the same. Please guys solve my problem, i dont know where to complaint about this. I m not able top drive my car on the road.
                                      This is such a pathetic experience with hyundai. Now guys pls we stuck after buying your car it was biggest mistake. Can someone answer me for this.

                                        My sister booked a i20 in pothens hyundai maruthoor branch and your dealer came to my house with a booking form and taked a cash of 15, 00 to register the car and now your dealers saying that he is been terminated and they are not responsible for this. I have evidence and i am going to file a case in police station against this. This is a very bad behavior and your customer service is very bad.
