In my new car eon only driven from 19000 km. Bt his clutch has complainted. What the reason. Only single use, and the steering has hard to work. Very poor service and executives.. I am writing this complaint to highlight the incident happened with me last week which had left me with utter dissatisfaction and dismay as a hyundai customer.

I purchased I20 on 31 December. sale person auto web hyndai karol bagh delhi provide me zero depth digit insurance. On 21 jun car was accident. As suggested by customer care person . My car at Kamal hyndai at Kota Rajasthan.
No action taken by service person.
My question why such type of insurance provide me if they delay in re slove my accident claim....

The vehicle was purchased in nov 2017. Its next gen verna.in the month of jan 2019, ac was stopped working and got replaced by warranty.
Now, boot lock is not working. Its not getting locked but unlocking is working. By design there is manual error which could occur for locking the boot. Please consider it as a serious issue for such a brand new vehicle and rectify it....
