1) My car Grand i10 (model-2015). During warranty period, Service of car was done through srishti hyundai, rohtak. There was Steering music control issue and reported to service representative. However, issue was not resolved. This issue is not resolved by till date after more than 2 year.

I recently purchased a car HYUNDAI VENUE on 14/06/2019. From till date i have an issue in car's mic. On first servicing of my hyundai elite i 20 car after pick and drop of car extra 5 mat covers inside the car are missing. I tell this matter personally at hyundai showroom zinsi chouraha bhopal. But there is no action . And iam calling at showroom mr. Deepak mehra the sales advisor is not receiving my phone. My first servicing was done on 12/6/2019. i am continuosely facing EPS Error in my Eon Car purchased in Dec "19, 1st ptime problem comes in Feb 17, til then i have never missed any scheduled sevice which was done at yours authorized service center only, now agin the problem has came, which is again corrected at yours autorized service center only.

i don't understand how can you charge from me as it must be due to some technical issues already...
