Hello,

I had made a booking last year of flights to goa which got cancelled due to covid. I was due for 2 refunds from goibibo, each of Rs. 7, 918. However, I have only received 1 refund of Rs. 7, 918 on 27th January, 2021.
Could you please assist me in getting the second refund ? I have been at this since 3 months now and it's really frustrating. I request your assistance urgently.
