There was a cancellation of my flight on 16th april by the airline and i received your message regarding refund for the particular flight.
So on the app i applied for refund for jet airways flight but you cancelled my return flight of indigo and initiated refund for that. I tried customer care but couldn't contact you. Requesting you to please help in this case as soon as possible

I had booked the ticket on march 29, to travel on april 17th status it is showing booking under process. but no update till now. not able to cancel also.

GOFLI9d19d[protected] - booking number on 14th March 2019 & till now no reason given, Ticket was never confirmed on booked price & kept in pending status no update provided even after multiple calls & they were just sharing stories when called & ended up with Cancelling the Booking.Bunch of Robbers with false statement & lies and pathetic support.

If the submitters do not know the complaining procedure aiming getting the refund or the compensation, the submitter can hire the professioanal for fee.
