[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Fraud booking

Hello All, Please note, recently i booked a room in Sikkim at Yarlam Resort, Lachung having booking ID HTLXNCYSUW from GOIBIBO. Last week i received a mail from Goibibo and they said there is some issue with this hotel so they are upgrading to some different hotel and when i cross checked that hotel detail in net it was 3rd class hotel as a replacement of 1st class hotel. I checked the price online and found that there is a difference or 4000 between the hotel which mean that i paid more for average hotel and when i asked for refund from Goibibo then they are not even reverting. I am not even sure that presently had they booked ant room in any hotel or just they are bluffing and eating customer hard core earned money. Need help . Please suggest how should i proceed to deal with this fraud and unethical company.
