Greetings from Goibibo !! Kindly be advised that it clearly says in the cancellation policy about the 100% charge on cancellation. Please refer your booking voucher for the same, also find below the cancellation policy mentioned on your voucher.


Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are not possible without incurring a charge. Penalty Charge for cancellation is 100 percent of stay.

Book 14 Days in Advance and Save 10 Pct disc on Best Available rate. Non Refundable No Cancellation No Amendment Deposit Applicable. Applicable Taxes Extra.

Check-in after 02:00 PM Check-out before 12:00 PM.

Pets are not allowed..

Sir,

While i selecting the room it shows free cancellation and no cancellation charges on booking.

After completion of booking it showing as Cancellations are not possible without incurring a charge. Penalty Charge for cancellation is 100 percent of stay..Kindly cancel and refund the money back.
