Hi,
I am very disappointed to inform you that i am not satisfied with the service provided by the goibibo. They are expert in fake promises. I booked a ticket on 21st april 2016 form delhi to toronto canada. For 5th may (Lufthansa airline) id: 44yp5l. It cost me rs 53, 809. I confirmed with the executive 3 or 4 times before my flight they said everything is fine. When i reached the airport checked with the airlines they said i cannot travel on this flight as i has two stops one is international (Germany) and the 2nd one is domestic (Denmark). So you need to have a special visa called transit visa to travel. I was shocked to hear that. I was travelling to canada for the first time for my further studies on student visa mentioned this to the goibobo team while confirming my ticket.
I straight away called the goibibo help center tell them the whole story instead of helping me the were just putting my calls on hold for so long and then just disconnect i was continuously calling them and whenever i called them a new executive was there on the call i have to explain him the whole process from the beginning and again hold and hold.
Finally after one hour i transferred there call to the lufthansa airline (It was there duty to check with the airline and help me out in that situation and they said they are not able to reach the airline at this time. 2 hours before my flight was scheduled). The lufthansa team made them understand the issue and they clearly mentioned that its goibibo mistake that they booked a wrong ticket for you. I have not received a single help form goibibo they were not even attending my calls properly and the clock was moving.
After every possible form my side, requesting goibibo to help me out i finally cancelled my flight at that time.
Then on the same time i booked a new flight air canada for morning with make my trip. I finally reached my destination.
They day i reached canada i am continuously emailing these guys and sending them email regarding my refund. They promised me at the time of cancellation that they will refund my money. After several attempt they replied back that they are trying to get me a full refund.
It was your duty to help your consumer in there problem instead of harassing them.
I tried several times yo reach you form canada. I am out of country they also i am doing this but you guys are not at are responsible for duty.
I updated my canadian no as well but no response.
I wont spare you guys you made my journey a memorable trip for me.
Please look into this matter at your level i need my full refund already filed a case against consumer court about your farad.

Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Ticket Issuance
I booked an international ticket via the website www.goibibo.com for which they charged and debited my credit card on immediate basis. AFter which, I received a mail stating they failed to book the ticket and that my money will be refunded within 2 -3 working days.booking ID: - GOFLI3ca[protected]
