Dear support,
I have booked a bus ticket for Honey tours and travels from Pune to Jalna dated 26 Jan 2017.
Bus was scheduled at 11.15 Pm in the night from Shivaji Nagar, Pune.
I got all the messages including Vehicle Details, Boarding Point details before reaching venue.
As soon as Bus arrived i checked with the Bus correspondent and shocked to hear that Ticket is cancelled!!!
I have not got any intimation via mail, via text message !!!
I have messages for bus details and what i see in their PNR sheet is Ticket is cancelled Online.
Immediately i called your correspondent and he says that ticket is booked.
He puts me on conference call which includes the Bus owner, goibibo agent and Me and final conclusion was I need to pay cash and buy ticket (Which was luckily available in bus) . I stopped bus for 1 hr and it was late already (around 12.30) so i agreed!!!
Few concerns:
Suppose i was not having cash what goibibo would have done?
Suppose no seat was available in bus what goibibo would have done?
I don't have an idea who's mistake was !
A] Possible mistake was of goibibo who failed to inform operator and released payment (Thats what Bus operator said me)
B] Possible mistake is of Bus operator, still Goibibo should take care about Operator reliability quality.
The point is I want clear answers to my questions!!!
I want this issue to be escalated and clear reports why this occurred? whose mistakes was this?
I have already got refund but what about discomfort and embarrassment i got fighting with customer care and operator.
What about not getting seat of my choice in travel?
Should i rely on goibibo from now?
