It is advisable for you to do as follows:-
1. To collect and to keep all documents related to the 2 April 2019 Indigo 2704 flight, namely:-
- e-ticket - it is attched document
- boarding pass, if you own it,
- bag tag(s) related to your baggage,
- 2 APR 2019 receipt number 2055538
2. To submit the complaint regarding
SUBJECT : PNR number missing bag.
The complaint shall to state the BAG TAG date, flight number, weight in kg,
statement "the air carrier has not delivered the bag" following the flight
and your request
at the air carrier site immediately, not later than 19 April 2019.
3. To keep your compliant and reply of the Indigo air carrier, if given within 21 days.
4. To hire the layer or a legal professional for the agreed fees (from rupees 6000 + government fees from Rs100). Such professional must be able to explain, what the passenger is entitled to and the forthcomming procedure before DGCA and before the court.
Usually the passenger, who decided to bring the action is of duty to:-
- present each piece of the relevant document,
- answer each question in written not later than in 14 days, in the manner as the questions are stated,
- dispatch the document via post office / e-mail,
- pay for the service and to pay the government fees.
