Against goibibo
I had booked my hotel reservation for surat against booking id htlv3ddtde for hotel dimple.
As per the booking information hotel base price was 1575 on which i had got a promotional discount of 866.
However at the hotel the base price display was 999. I had taken picture of the same and given to goibibo but they are not accepting.
This is the case where mrp of the product is increased to show discounts and cheat customers.
Need to have discount on the base fare of 999.
Please help

Goibibo.com — Payment done yet flight tickets not recevied

I booked my flight tickets on 31st august . the payment was done using a debit card. yet there are no tickets received and refund of money is also not there. it says incomplete booking.

Goibibo And Smartbuy Hdfc — Refund not received

Hi i had booked my 2 flight tickets from goibibo through smartbuy offers.hdfc and then cancelled it and i got the refund mail from goibibo but didnot get any refund in my hdfc bank account.

IBIBO Group — deduction of Rs1690.45 on 30.05.2015
