We can't wait for a month to get our cash back. This is not the proper way to deal with customers. If you can provide service, then you have to return cash that instant itself.

There is no suficient information for objective verifiction here. You need to svae and to show -
1. issued e-ticket, it contains 13 digits
2. issued flight reservation (usually it shall contant refrence to 6 digit number of the air carrier) .
3. a receipt, if no paid ammount is stated in the ticket.
For example, it can be extract bank account or the invoice.
4. Your own complaint wich states a good reason, figures and exact request, which you expect from operator of the site.
5. Issued refund / decision with fugures.
Such documents are not attched and not seen in the text of the complaint here.
Each complaint has produce the place (airport) and date/time of the events.
All complaints have to be submitted in written, by email or in person to the respected service provider air carrier at their sites, to their email boxes or in person as soon as you had found the fault.
The air carrier or the service provider, which is expected to issue the refund or the compensation by your,
has the time of 15 days, if in India, either
- to refund or
- to compensate or
- to issue the other decsion
following the receipt of the correct complaint.
The passenger is advised to save each above documents and the reply / decsiob for 6 months at least till your next step.
Note, it is usless to request the same subject matter more than 2 times from the same service provider.
All disputes in 15 days following the correct complaint receipt are subject of the examination by Indian court or by court in Saudi Arabia (if Saudia air carrier was involved in dispute).
The expected expences for legal assitance can be:
-- government fees for Indian courts, from 200 or from 2000 ruppes + own efforts,
or
-- government fees for KSA courts, from ~250 SAR,
- legal fees for assistance of a lawyer or of legal professional start from ~5000 rupees, if in India, depening upon the sum, complicity and length.
The fair court must award all losses, moral harm, paid legal fees/charges by final judgemnt.
