[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — missed flight due to previous delayed flight

1. I was traveling to kuala lumpur from pune via chennai and trichy on 20 april 2019.
2. My first flight pune to chennai spicejet sg929, pnr:m5uf5v, which was delayed by 1hr and 50min
3. Then from chennai to trichy airindia ai9557, pnr : yympt which was delayed by almost 8hrs due to which my next flight from trichy to kuala lumpur was missed, which was scheduled on 9:25am flight no: ak24, pnr: f2iy5r.
4. I tried customer care but nobody was helping me and they were saying we cant help you.
5. I am expecting urgent reply from you and want full refund of the flight as i had was stuck at chennai. Otherwise i am filing a legal complain against you in consumer forum.

Where are figures and currency?

2. Which exact limitation had presented for filling the legal complaint in the consumer forum?
