Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Mobile bill payment failure

I have made 2 bill payments to my vodafone number through the Vi mobile app.
Both the payments failed on the same day. I have waited for 10-15 days as the money takes about 7 business days to return. After which i have not received the payment from the bank and neither vodafone.
When i checked my bank statement, the payment gateways is IBIBO WEB PVT LTD
There are 2 transaction id's for the payments[protected] &
[protected].
Below are my screenshots . I want you to please solve my issue
