We have done the booking for the Pahalgam hotel: Hotel Green Heaven through Goibibo. The booking details are as below:

When we reached the hotel on 12th June, we say that there is not way to reach the hotel by a car/tempo traveller, We have to get down at the main road and go through a very narrow and slippery road. We have two senior citizens for whom reaching through this route was completely impossible due to their knee pain. There is no provision of wheel chair as well. We request the person at the hotel to provide us a room at any of the hotel on the main road where my parents can stay. They denied. We requested for the manager and he was unavailable. I immediately called the Goibibo service team and informed them about the situation and requested for the refund. Since the free cancellation period for the booking was till 10th June they did not helped us. How can we know if a hotel is good or bad without seeing it? We requested the staff to refund our money so that we can stay on another hotel on the main road and they denied. They even started threatening us. Please note that we never checked in the hotel.
Goibibo is not providing us with any refund. I would request the Government to take action against Goibibo for providing incorrect Hotel details for the customer to book and no resolution from their end.
