Sir, i am booked a ticket from this app, b'coz of any reason i need to cancel the ticket on 10/02/2016, after cancellation i got a mail from company that your refund is initiated & it back to your account within 2 working days but still i am not get my miney back.so many time i called to customer care & always they assuring me that your amount is reflected within 24-48 hrs, but still i am not get my money.
My booking id is-JI31T8

Updated by Raj ojhaa But in this attachment their is no bank reference no.& i am not get my refund in my account, that's why i am raise this complaint
