23/03/2020 was trying booking through phne app. Payment deducted for RS/- 3864. Still not received. Have been mailing n trying to contact Goibibo but unsuccessful. Please provide solution n a contact number where customer can reach u. Be professional. [protected] where u can reach me... Phne number used at the time of booking [protected]. Ibibo Group / Goibibo Complaint Status Update [ID: 2844154], 2982929. Please check both Complaint ID. None of them resolved yet. Still refund is pending since march 2020. Plz call at [protected].
