I have done a hotel booking with Booking ID HTLRHB89WS on 3rd January 2021. The total amount for this booking was Rs.10921.76
As per your policy Rs.1/- was debited to my HDFC card immediately and balance was suppose to be debited on 6th Jan. On 6th Jan I have received a mail from your end that your credit card auto debit instruction is failed and to keep the booking continue please pay the balance amount Rs.10920.76 from any other card.
On receipt of this message and to keep the booking continue I have paid the amount from my AMEX card. After sometime I have received a message from HDFC card that you card is debited with Rs.10920.76 which means double payment for my booking.
You are requested to please refund my amount of Rs.10920.76 to my AMEX card or HDFC card immediately.
