I have booked my flight ticket from delhi to bangalore in spicejet airline for 9th march which got cancelled due to operational reasons. Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible. Passenger details Name:- Keshav Sharma Pnr:- V3DRXL My mobile no is [protected]. Booking mail id is pandi.[protected]@gmail.com. i booked flight ticket from chennai to bhubaneshwar on 19th april . I booked as guest user. After the amount of RS 5610 has been deduced in my account it was showing failed transaction. My payment transaction id no is[protected]. I have been waiting for 6 days till now no refund so please do the needful.
Can anyone reply me with details in which GOIBIBO will respond to our grivances?

Very worst customer services at GOIBIBO. Waste of money and time in giving complaints here.
Three-four days back I made reservation to rishikesh and making payment from my bank.. Money was deducted from my bank but there was no booking showing up on go ibibo. Now my bank says ur money is deducted from our end but i have no bookings... My bank is after me to pay huge amount of money.. Plz help
