Dear sir,
I had booked hotel at Port Blair from 31st January, 2022 to 2nd February, 2022. Due to covid restrictions implemented on tourism by Andaman Administration i was not able to visit Andaman on the said dates. I had already applied for refund but the same stands pending. I am aware that your hotel have a non refundable policy but It was not my choice to not visit Andaman as covid restriction were applied by Andaman government which was not my fault. I have received refund of all other bookings for my trip expect this. I once again request you to make complete refund to me else i have to take help of consumer court which is last option left for me.
