I canceled the train ticket on 15th March 2023 with PNR#[protected]. My journey was from Kopargaon to Yesvantpur for train no. 22689 dated 22nd March 2023..
I have got the email and sms from IRCTC about the cancellation confirmation. But from Goibibo, i have not received any communication in this regards. Also, this booking is not listed in the canceled tickets list on Goibibo app where as the ticket status is showing as CAN. Rather, this ticket is reflecting under the Completed Trip Tab which is completely incorrect.

Requesting you to go through the attached supportive docs & process my refund ASAP. It's already been 15 days since I am waiting to get this money in my A/c. Also there is no option to speak to the Customer Support Team in the application & IVR call will not help in this scenario. Please help to close this soon & get in touch with me in case you need more clarification on this.
