I have booked bus ticket on 27march 2016 for pune to vadodara by pnr no: rbnu65xqcv of dated 5th april 2016.
I have received message from bus operator that bus is cancelled due to machinery issue on one day advance. I immediately lodge the refund process in customer care on 4th april 2016 stating that the bus has got cancelled due to the reason said herewith with copy of message received from bus operator (Paulo).
"it was necessary for me to reach vadodara, i have to booked the premium ticket on last hours. Wherein i paid double of the amount of the bus ticket."
After not getting any response from customer care i called toll free number of customer care they have rudely replied. I forced to write the said the management coloum of goibibo customer care.
Till now, have not received the refund. I got call from goibibo, management team member mr. Vivek and he said we are processing the refund. I said if am booking from paytm, payumoney or redbus i get within 24 hours refund why not with you. He said we do not have such process.
My concern is goibibo is cheating customer holding refund for long time and getting interest or just not to refund.
I want my additional expenses incurred booking ticket at last hour as well as the refund of my 5th april paulo ticket. I also want my gocash amount to be credited to my credit card account immediately without further delay. Or otherwise i will forced to take legal action. Was this information helpful? |
Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund required
I was trying to book a ticket but amount was deducted and ticket was not booked its already one month i have asked for refund many times but till date they are unable to refund the amount
