Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund on Cancelled flight by Airline

Flight 2T626 was cancelled by the Trujet airlines on 29th Sept 2020. Goibibo is suppose to get the update and refund the money. But no one responds in the customer service in goibibo. Want my money back.
