[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Regarding cancellation

I booked a ticket from Delhi to Chennai for May 1st seeing that it is a "refundable" ticket. Ticket cost was Rs.4, 484. Booking ID is TUA5JKTDU. Now, when I checked with the customer care executive regrading cancellation, I was informed that cancellation charges is Rs.4, 071. I did not give confirmation for cancellation being shocked at the high cancellation charges almost equivalent to ticket fare. I fail to understand then on what basis the ticket was shown as "refundable" at the time of booking. This kind of information is quite misleading for the customer.

We would like to acknowledge you that refundable ticket means that you would get the refund after the deduction of cancellation charges and Non-refundable ticket is the ticket where customer's did not get any refund even if the cancellation charges are less.
