I have made a tranasaction through my. Internet banking as on dated 06/10/2016 for booking of air india flight through ease my trip app. For rs 4756/- my account was debited but thicket was not booked due some error in internet connection and money was credited to your ibibo air account no. [protected] with ref. Name jitender nalwa and still not reversed to my account kindly look in to this matter and reverse the money to my account.
