I have booked my the Golden tusk hotel booking id = HTL6YEK5DQ for 27th March 2020 but due to lock down unable to visit and also hotel extended the till 30th sep. I called the hotel and they asked me for fresh voucher from Goibibo but now i am unable to contact any customer support although there is a chatbot which is showing my booking completed.
I have been trying to contact them for last couple of weeks but no success Now i want a fresh voucher or return my money.
