I have made more than 20 calls and more than 300 mins on a simple query that your team is unable to resolve. In the Morning[protected] i had conversation with Ajay(Flight) and Vaishali/Shiriya(Bus) department and nobody is putting any efforts to resolve it.
Flight department transfers call to Bus and vice versa, and i as a customer being stuck in between.And previously one of the executives told me that i would get the full refund for the bus booking(reason: Break Down) and now they are not doing it and just making excuses.
I booked a bus from GoiBibo which broke down mid way on 10-Aug, passengers were stranded at an unknown location and due to this the, couldn't fetch train and was unable to reach delhi
And For return i booked a flight from Delhi to Pune, which i obviously can not take. All of my trips and plans got spoiled just because of a bus delay.Neither the goIbibo was able to help on the same night and just the night became worse.
So for now i want the flight cancellation with full refund which is scheduled on 18 Aug.
So i request anybody to help me with the same and process the refund or i will have to go through the laws and to get it i will definetely het into it.
Kindly call and resolve, i would request.
