IBIBO Group — Refund of air tickets regarding

During planning a ticket from Mumbai to Bhubaneshwer, An amount of Rs. 4992 from my S.B. A/c. No.[protected] of SBI, has been transferred '"two times to your account on 20.06.2015 TO TRANSFER INB Ibibo Group Private Limit - Reference No. [protected]IG0AFCEZE1 TRANSFER TO [protected] STATE BANK OF INDIA O."Ticket was not formed but the amount was deducted two times due to two attempts. I am unable to understand that for what purpose the above amount has been not still refunded to my acount. Kindly let me know the reasons to avoid any legal proceedings in the matter.
