On 4th March, 2021 I've transferred the amount of Rs.14, 000/- to IDP IELTS India for Ielts exam registration from my union bank account No. [protected] through epay payment gateway and received a message that your payment successfully transfer to the IBIBO WEB PVT LTD but the amount not yet credited to the IDP IELTS India. Ibibo Group / Goibibo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Mar 09, 2021 Updated by sherinbose still waiting for the refund. there is no updates from IBIBO. Apr 08, 2021 Updated by sherinbose 34 days passed still now no results. No one contact me from IBIBO, seems to be fraud site. wasting time here, better to go with Banking Ombudsman.
