[Resolved]  Ibibo Web Pvt Ltd — Amount got debited from my account

Hi

I made an online order through firstcry website on 25.03.2020. The amount 4534.29 rupees got debited from my account and after sometime I received an email from firstcry website that my order got canceled. I contacted the customer support regarding this issue after 48 hours (as this is the waiting time to get a refund) and they stated that the "the above amount is not received by Firstcry" and asked me to contact the respected bank. When I checked the transaction details, the payee was "ePAY/To:IBIBO WEB PVT LTD/[protected]/". I request you to look into the details and provide me with a refund.

I send a payment 9th Mar 21 Rs 9660 my account debit but 3rd party Mahindra Finance account not received i call Mahindra Finance Mahindra Finance side bank server error pls find the attached statement & Mahindra Finance statement pls check & revert me.

I have transferred the money to Mahindra Finance Thru Mahindra Finance App but credited the same to IBIBO WEBS PVT LTD so request you to kindly credited the same Mahindra Finance or Refund to my below mentioned account.
