I am there is 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as IDMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL JUN-22 have never used my demat account till now.

They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is [protected] This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number [protected]

I already sent my request to your icici bank email, I didn't get any call till now and refund, even I tried to connect your customer care service, it is not getting connect all of the sudden in call disconnecting from robo call, the voice assist is worst service there is no use of it.

My request refund ASAP.

    Tried logging into my account, it displayed a msg that my user id has been deactivated for security reasons. My debit card also has been deactivated for the same reason. Tried calling the customer care, the call never gets through. The bank does not respond to the calls. Is it a joke or day light robbery. Feel hopeless.

      I had mad payment for payment of fees to sdmis.nios.ac.in of Rs.2050 on 30.07.2022 .When I made the payment through UPI QR code, it took 5 mins to confirm and after 5 mins, it showed transaction error. And at the same time, my amount got deducted.
      Kindly refund or confirm the status as its been 3 days.
      Reference I'd is attached.

        Hi,
        Recently I have reactivated my icici account[protected] and previously I don’t have any debit card .
        So I have went to the bank and requested for debit card and I got a new debit card.
        But I have noticed that money is being continuously deducting from my account mentioning the debit card charges for the previous years . So I have contacted customer care and informed them that I don’t have any card previously and why money is being deducted but they are mentioning that I have the card which is activated but I don’t have any card and they have simply issued without my consent and I didn’t have received any card and bank is simply deducting the charges . Could you please help in checking the issue and refund my money back as the money is deducted incorrectly .

            Am an icici bank customer. Today 02-Aug-2022 ecsrtnchg charged 590 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call, 5 to 6 times amount has been deducted . Please explain what the charge it is. This type direction is not ethical please return my charged amount

                  I opened my salary account with ICICI Bank in 2019 and I was deducted 900 something for premium charge for a demat account which I was not opted for, I called but they said can't refund it but now there won't be any deductions, now I am charged with DMC DP CHG till Jun 22 and I want my refund.

                    We hold our Corporate banking account with ICICI for our small business and we have behind running behind ICICI for the sake of Foreign inward remittance that we received last week Friday (July 29th 2022) afternoon and we have been told that it will be credited Last Friday evening but till date it was not credited in our account, we have been asking for the reason and ICICI reps have been telling us stories stating that it was received from black listed country, i really dont know when the United States was black listed by RBI, we have been receiving many remittances from the same client from United states for the past 5 years through ICICI. I wrote an email to ICICI and attached the remittance proof that ICICI sent us Last Friday and it clearly says that the remittance was received from USA with address e.t.c so I dont know how come ICICI black listed United States on their own. This is not the first time, they did this to us twice in the last 5 years. If ICICI does not want small businesses like us which receives small amount of remittances between $3000/month and $7000/month then they have to let us know, so that we will move on to other banks! We really hate ICICI's worst customer service. No response at all. I really do not know why there is a relationship manager in ICICI for corporate account, he/she is of no use. Im pretty sure they will not respond to the email i sent as we have been following up with them for almost 5 days with no improvement, they are holding my money and not going to pay us any interest for holding it this long.

                          To Whomsoever It May Concern:

                          I would like to bring to your notice that on July 3, 2022, I faced an issue with a failed transaction at a petrol bunk, IPS Russell Petro Park in Gowriwakkam, Chennai. The transaction amount was Rs. 500. The issue happened due to some "technical issue" . The issue was raised with ICICI Bank on that day itself. The ticket number provided to me for the above dispute by ICICI Bank is SR[protected]. The concerns are:
                          1. Why should I or a common man suffer due to some technical issue for which I am not responsible ?
                          2. ICICI Bank is providing a TAT for the dispute of 120 days!!!. Is it justified in providing a "common man" like me a lengthy TAT of 120 days. I have a family to feed. A loss of Rs 500 makes a lot of difference to a common man like me. I am just a salaried person. Why is the TAT so long for a common man? Why should I suffer for 120 days?
                          3. If there is a failed transaction, am I not supposed to get the money in 3 days?
                          4. I have made numerous calls just to follow up on the above issue. Who is going to pay me for the above call charges? The call charges itself would crossed the disputed amount of Rs. 500 by now!!
                          5. When there is a dispute between a common man and a big company, don't you think things should be made a bit comfortable for the common man instead of the big company?

                                  I'm Nagaraju Machanaboina, an mount of 821.00 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till june02 on 1st aug 2022

                                  I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

                                  I need my money back and am ready to complain anywhere else if needed

                                      Hi Team,

                                      IN demat account on ICICC direct is auto-debiting with lot of money from my savings account, i approached ICIC bank and they told me clear demat acount then only they can delete/deactivate it.
                                      BUt whenver i do my account as null again it will be autodebited to stock ICINF please do solution or i do police complaint about this.

                                      Please do help put. to deactivate and save money from this fraud ICI directs
