my motorbike theft on 3feb11 in the morning 5;30am.
im complaint in the office icicilombard.nearest branch in noida.but the are not come to investigate.
my claim no..moto1907512.im really disappointed to the service. they are not take any objection against my bile ... rit now what im do......otherwise im appeal in the court......sunil kumar...

I got call from one of executive from ICICI Lombard and even though I said EMI. The whole amount for 2 financial year is deducted from my credit card. Also not provided my premium certificate as per my actual payment.

When I asked to cancel my policy the response i got is they will charge 30% cancellation charges which was not mentioned in my policy document.

ICICI Lombard is one hope less and greedy company.

One of my car is old and I was renewing policy with ICICILombard regularly from last 3 years..No claims until now. This year, they are not allowing me to renew, reason they won't mention directly, but my understanding is that the policy premium is low, so they are not interested. They want money and will consider only new vehicles, where premium amount is high.

On 19th November, I met with a small accident by jumping on to a road divider, while saving a sudden appearance of a bullock cart on Rama Road opp. SBI Najafgarh Road Branch, due to which my car got damaged underneath.
