Igp — Amount deducted and payment is from Intermesh shopping

I placed order from IGP and the amount as asked to pay from Intermesh shopping instead of IGP UPI.
when it redirected back to IGP page the order wasn't palced and my money was deducted.

Which is fake IGP or intermesh shopping? or both are fake?
