Igp — Failure of delivery

The order was placed on 27th May, 2022 with the Order Id 7001879 on www.igp.com and the tentative date was selected as 1st June, 2022. It's 3rd June but it has not been delivered. There were three personalized items carrying pen, diary and keychain. This was to be delivered in two sets with tracking Id [protected] and [protected]. The products were out for delivery. The order has a little mistake in contact number and address was not clearly specified. But address
was updated on 30th May and contact number was updated thrice by 1st June. But the delivery agent is neither contacting the recipient nor the sender/buyer. The sender's contact is given correct since the starting. Around 6-7 calls have been made and 3-4 mails have been sent regarding this issue. They are just giving a false hope but not taking any action.
If the delivery agent is finding any issue with the address he's not contacting any of the given contacts. While asking for the delivery agent's contact so that, i myself contact the agent and guide well about the address, they are not sharing that too. Only a failed delivery is been showing since 30th May but neither the recipient nor the sender/buyer got any call regarding clarification of address if finding problem with the address.
