I have order a gift from igp.com on 12th Aug 2021 and scheduled delivery was on 15th Aug 2021. But since mobile there I given was wrong so OTP was not received, so could not delivered it. I have made request multiple times to change mobile number by contacting customer service, every time customer service representative told me that they have updated mobile number and order will be delivered in 24-48 hrs, but till now no update on it. Contacted the delivery (ecom express) customer service as well but they are telling that they haven't received any such requests, you have to contact IGP.com only.
