registered documents from singapore to new delhi stuck at dimc new delhi since 30th december 2019.

Dear india post

I had sent registered post rc[protected]sg from singapore to india on 24th december. My post stuck at dimc 110002 office from 30th december very long and undelivered so far. I have some urgent documents that recipient is looking to receive due to immigration purpose. Kindly expedite the delivery!!! Urgently need attention on this matter.

I tried contacting their (Kolkata fpo, customs) number[protected]/35 multiple times but no one is answering the calls.
Tracking number of the parcel is rf[protected]sg.
It's been more 6 days but there is no update on the status of the parcel.

parcel not delivered, misplaced the parcel and straight away says to file a complaint

I ordered one parcel from aliexpress and the same was successfully came to mumbai mira road post office on 4th jan, 2020.
But in my tracking it was showing the parcel cannot delivered due to insufficient address in spite of providing the correct address, so i went direct to the post office which is just 1km away from my place.

The parcel contains invitation cards and as the wedding at australia is on 1st february, the same has to be distributed here in india.

regarding slow delivery of document

I have booked a dicument at bongaigaon post office pin code-783380 on 06/01/2020 for bhubeneswar pin code 751015. When i track it is found that on 09/01/2020 it reach guwahati. From 4.31 pm od 09/01/2020 no information is availalbe. It very must important to reached the document by 13/01/2020.

about customs delay

I have ordered a watch from aliexpress. The tracking number is rb[protected]sg. It’s been a month and i have not received the package yet. When i checked the india post website it’s not yet been updated since 30 th december 2019. I would like to know the further details. non-delivery of item

Consignment number cw[protected]in was booked from kolkata -700008 for delhi at 110034.
The parcel has reached the nodal delivery center but it is not being dispatched to it's destination p. O for delivery. Service is such bad and slow.
It was supposed to reach saraswati vihar s. O but no such dispatch is being made.
