Every time postman while delivering letters /speedpost/parcels etc. Demands money (Like as it is their right). On denying the amount, postman from next time didn't deliver the letters, either he'll return it or keep it with himself. Kindly provide some measures for such corruptions going around us on daily basis. I also complained about him to his office but no any action being taken and the things continues as before.

    My parcel with tracking number LP[protected]JP is yet to be delivered to me.Since 7th Jan 2020, there has been no updates for the same.It is just showing next office Bangalore Sub Foreign Post.
    I have lost my parcels before also which were sent through India Post.
    I called the India post customer care as well, they said to call me the Bangalore Custom office.The number is also not reachable.
    India Post customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I have paid Rs.8637/- towards the premium of my PLI policy online on 08/01/2020 for the period of 1/12/2018 to 31/01/2020. The payment was debited from account successfully... after this online PLI payment system shows that the payment is still pending still today it is not been updated i had given so many complaints to Indian Post Office but still there is no updation.. kindly do the needfull

          The package arrived in chennai on 06/11/19, from there it's transfer was delayed and after about 20days it was transferred to inblra on 25/11/19. Since then it has been stuck there for about 2 months now. Kindly look into this matter and provide any necessary information to expedite the process.

          A parcel was dispatched from Nidadavole to Mizoram and there is no update on the tracking system since the 10th of January.I have contacted the customer complaint and still no luck and it has been more than 7 days since the date of sending the packcage, hope you resolve this issue fast.

            Why dont we remove all the coconut trees near private buildings and busy roads. Every now and then coconut keeps on falling and the ccar windshield breaks. For this situation owner has to bear the damages as its an act of god created by some pensioners and oassed by the government not to cut the tress as its an offence. But in this situation the government or pensioner pays for the damage who have made this act passed.

            My Business parcel bearing tracking ID CR[protected]IN, was redirected back. Stating that the address is incomplete. The address is very much complete but the staff at Udhampur post office do not deliver parcel to save the effort and expect customers to collect the parcels from their main post office only

              Dear india post

              I had sent registered post rc[protected]sg from singapore to india on 24th december. My post stuck at dimc 110002 office from 30th december very long and undelivered so far. I have some urgent documents that recipient is looking to receive due to immigration purpose. Kindly expedite the delivery!!! Urgently need attention on this matter.

              Didn't reached right address.
              My parcel was dispatched through india post on 20 Dec 2019.On 25 dec it dispatch from Kolkata RMS but still on 15 Jan 2020 I don't recieve my parcel..the status is still showing that item dispatched from kolkata RMS.

                No one is attending the calls on the Regional Contact number provided..Customer care personal asking to wait..it's been 15 days..already more than a month after ordering online..My money is stuck..need a proper reply soon about my parcel..when would i get my parcel..?

                    It's been more 6 days but there is no update on the status of the parcel.

                        I ordered one parcel from aliexpress and the same was successfully came to mumbai mira road post office on 4th jan, 2020.
                        But in my tracking it was showing the parcel cannot delivered due to insufficient address in spite of providing the correct address, so i went direct to the post office which is just 1km away from my place.
                        After going there on 6th jan, 2020 the postman & supervisor started to find my parcel, but after waiting for 30mins there answer is we cannot locate your product, if we will get that product we will contact you by the evening or next day, i said ok and left.
                        After 3 days i was not contacted neither the parcel arrived, again on 11th jan, 2020 i went to the post office and the parcel again started to find the parcel and latter said we cannot locate your product it must have misplaced or lost. So i told them i want to file a complaint to your post office regarding this, then they straight away said you go and file a complaint to aliexpress that mira road post office cannot locate your product so provide me a refund.

                        I said i will do that but the fault is yours so i will first file a complaint here.
                        But they said we won't take any complaint you go and file the complaint at head office of india post.

                        What kind of attitude is this at first they themselves misplaced/ lost/ stolen the product and now they are saying we won't take the complaint.

                        Playing with public's hard earned money is what india post job is?

                        I need my parcel to be delivered or else provide me the money i lost.

                          Plz help pakwada post office staff is not doing my help
                          My speed post was returned due to insufficient address. However the return route is wrong. It is suppose to reach back goa at pin code 403705, but status is item delivery confirmed in mumbai Gpo and hasnt reached yet. Looks like it has been delivered to wrong address

                              Post sent from australia post, st. Marys south lpo through consignment no. Lp[protected]au reached mumbai on 4h january and the same is lying there for the past 12 days with the remarks "awaiding clearance".

                              The parcel contains invitation cards and as the wedding at australia is on 1st february, the same has to be distributed here in india.

                              An early action in this regard will be highly appreciated, as the same should reach bangalore before 26th january.
