But there has been no update on the article tracking system since 16/5/2017. Does this mean that the article has not reached the next hub or has lost in transition? 7 air conditioners but none works

The head post office in mylapore is famous for its customer handling like every other govt offices.in 2012 more than 7 air conditioners were installed and now there's only 5. They were powered on only once when they got installed just to show the higher authority as air conditioners are working. Ever since then it's just for showcase. Being in chennai on summer with 43.1℃ is not simple....

Misbehavior of post office employee

On tracking i have found that my passport was in gpo kolkata at 1338 today. After which they have despatched it to rms. Speed post tracking problem

It has been 8 days since my parcels has been despatched from PALAM TMO to NSH DIMAPUR and i have not received my parcels or received any updates for tracking after may 9th.
