No Response on Query posted

Hi,

i have posted a query on "http://www.indiapost.gov.in/Ccc/PCStatus.aspx" but i got no response to my query.
Are these guys working or they are dump.
Just like a typical governement workers.
My friend had delivered a package from pune via SPEED POST to GopalNagar, Nagpur. but till date i didn't recieve that.
I don't know what had happpened to the package.

INDIA POST SPEED POST Complaints - NON DELIVERY

Dear Sir,
I had posted a very important BUSINESS photograph by IMS Speed Post on 25th July '09 for TOM OREAGA, NEAR CALIFORNIA (USA) from Surat H.O (Gujarat) . Unfortunately it has not reched the destined location and to add to my woes it seems to be non tracable even my the India Speed Post Mangers both in (USA) and Surat H.O (Gujarat). Really don't know what to do...

LONG DELAY IN TRANSFER OF PPF ACCOUNT

I HAD APPLIED FOR TRANSFER OF MY PPF A/C NO GPO/3885 HELD AT GPO, AMBALA CANTT TO JABALPUR HEAD POST OFFICE ON 16 APR 2009. delay in transfer of Postal RD

Sir, I had submitted 10(b) application form containing details of transfer of postal RD no - 8850840 from Gail Complex, Vijaipur, Dist - Guna (M P) post office To Kanchrapara, Dist- 24 Parganas (North), west bengal post office on 11 - 04 - 09.
I have enquired from Gail complex post office that they have transfered it on 22 -04-09 to Kanchrapara post office.

Sahakar Nagar P.O "Ordinary Money Order Form Not Available"

This is to bring to the notice of Indian Postal Department that that residents residing in sahakara Nagar, Bangalore- 560092 are finding it very difficult when it comes to the Ordinary Money Order Forms, which is not available in Sahakara Nagar Post Office, Bangalore - 560092.

When enquired with the staffs and the Post Master we are getting regular information from them that the Indian Postal Department have now stopped issuing...

Registered parcel

This is to bring to your notice, that two registered parcels have been from India, through registered mail service, bearing numbers : FGN-AIR-RP A7754 and FGN-AIR-RP A7755, which was due to be delivered by 15 days at the max from the date of dispatch ( date of dispatch being 22nd of June) .
I have not received any notice regarding the status of the parcel . They were important documents in them.
