I had sent an important and Urgent document by Speed post (No. EN[protected]IN) from Hyderabad to Kolkata on 25.06.2009. Subsequently on inquiring after 48 hours from the receipant it was confirmed that my document had not been delivered. I sent a complaint on the India Post website ( which was not acknowledged ) and after much phone calls it was finally delivered on 30.06.2009.

i have sent a courier( EH[protected]TM)(date = 04/06/2009), spending 478.00rs, containing my brothers mark sheet to CANADA, through Indian postal services, as he required to submit it to get a admission in some course in CANADA . i was promised that the courier will reach with in three days from dispatch however this courier never reached to him and more above to it i am just getting run around by the postal department. i need any conclusion...

I have a complaint about the traffic police located at the deccan division in Pune, Maharashtra.
I didnt know that there is ban for two wheelers on the Deccan bridge, when i was about to go on that bridge, one traffic police man called me and ask me for RS 500 for breaking the traffic rule. At that time I didnt have that much...so i said pls forgive me, since i was new in this city. Then he ask me how much do you have, i said RS 100....

On 17th of April I booked money order No.[protected] from Sarita Vihar (New Delhi) post office to Burdwan, but after 3 months the amount not paid yet. I Complained concerned post office but they can't provide details. I complaint in postal department's website (Complain No.[protected] but it is pending from long time. I am unsure whether the amount will be paid or not...

RESPECTED SIR,

My mum posted me a valuable saree to UK from india along with some some clothes to my baby + chudidars, the postal department have taken out all the clothes which are costly from the parcel and tampered the parcel, whom should I complain about this, I am afraid these guys can do such a big tampering, whom should I complain on this, I wanted that rogue to be suspended from the department....

Hi,
I had sent a registed letter on 23rd May 2009 from Hadapsar (411013) branch to Kerala (691017).
The letter was teared when it was recieved at the destination.
Indian postal service SUCKS!!! in terms of serivice ...

They have started opening letters even thought they are Registered

Speed Post (EM[protected]IN) Sent to Jabalpur on the 21/Apr/09 through Model Colony, Pune post office at 13:53 hrs.

This has not reached the destination even by 30/Apr/09, 10:00 hrs.

A payment of Rs. 25/- is charged for this special service. Even the normal mail, costing Rs. 5/-, is faster and takes just 3 days to reach Jabalpur. Money must be refunded to the consumer with an apology for the poor service and non-fulfilment...
