This is getting hilarious, after waiting for the refund for 10 days. I finally contacted the customer service through email which was less than helpful. Then I complained here, I bought another ticket with pnr UPNK3C on 21st september after my first transaction failed.
But instead of a refund I got a pnr confirmation AFTER 11 DAYS! I will not pay the cancelation fee for a ticket I didn't even know existed. If I knew I wouldn't have booked another ticket! Please cancel pnr AUFG7A and issue a full refund. This never happened with indigo before, they were always quick on refunds and issue resolving.
