Unfortunately, due to false promises made by your team regarding arranging an alternate flight and the subsequent cancellation, I, along with around 500 other passengers, was forced to endure over 24 hours of waiting at the airport and an additional 5 hours inside the aircraft.
This experience caused significant stress and inconvenience. Your staff member, Mr. Moiddin, personally assured me that I would be compensated for the trouble caused. I have attached a photograph of Mr. Moiddin for your reference. He Said indigo gives compensation if you do not give me full refund or compensation then i file Legal proceedings on indigo.
Additionally, I was forced to book an alternate flight through Air India, as per the attached which cost me ₹149, 000. The original flight cost with Indigo was ₹49, 000. Therefore, I request a refund of the difference, amounting to ₹100, 000, along with the previously mentioned compensation of £1, 000 for the loss and suffering endured.
