I had cleared all security checkpoints at T2 Delhi airport and was finally boarding the flight when the indigo staff there asked me if I wanted to give my cabin suitcase for cargo hold. I denied and told them that I had important documents in the bag but shortly after that they had already put a luggage tag on my suitcase, and I had to give my bag for cargo hold. Unfortunately, due to false promises made by your team regarding arranging an alternate flight and the subsequent cancellation, I, along with around 500 other passengers, was forced to endure over 24 hours of waiting at the airport and an additional 5 hours inside the aircraft.

This experience caused significant stress and inconvenience. Your staff member, Mr. Moiddin, personally assured me that I would be compensated for the trouble caused. I have attached a photograph of Mr. Moiddin for your reference. He Said indigo gives compensation if you do not give me full refund or compensation then i file Legal proceedings on indigo.

Additionally, I was forced to book an alternate flight through Air India, as per the attached which cost me ₹149, 000. The original flight cost with Indigo was ₹49, 000. Therefore, I request a refund of the difference, amounting to ₹100, 000, along with the previously mentioned compensation of £1, 000 for the loss and suffering endured.

And Also my beg are damaged.

    I am file a formal complaint regarding the unauthorized cancellation of my booking, which was completed successfully on 08.08.2024 at 8:38. The booking was canceled without my consent and without any notification being provided to me. This action is a clear violation of my consumer rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

    PNR A1Y19D.
    Due to the late departure from CCU, I missed my connecting flight from Delhi en route to IXC. Now they are refunding me the base fare. I had to book a bus ticket that costed me 1260 rs, eat at roadside dhabas among strange men. I travelled to IXC at night. Roaming the streets for a bus since I had to reach by morning 7:00 am. Last time I checked there was a Nirbhaya case in Delhi. My family, my in-laws and my parents, everyone was restless and worried as I travelled alone in the dead of the night. I docketed a complain at Del airport and the were very cooperative. Now when I am asking the customer care to attend least refund me my extra 1800 bucks spent that night, they are denying.

      Dear IndiGo Customer Service,

      My name is Zainab, an undergraduate student at IIT Guwahati, and I am in dire need of your assistance. On 21st July, my train (Ranthambore Express 12463) from Kota to Jaipur (PNR [protected]) was delayed by 5 hours without any prior notification, resulting in my missing two crucial flights: Jaipur to Delhi (6E 2176) and Delhi to Guwahati (6E 2289).

      I never anticipated that IndiGo, an airline I once trusted, would profit from the misfortune of its passengers. In previous journeys, I was met with excellent care, but this time, the disappointment is staggering.

      Despite my meticulous planning to arrive at Jaipur airport 2 hours before departure and my constant communication with IndiGo during the ordeal, no assistance was provided. Even after informing IndiGo 3 hours in advance about the inevitable miss of my connecting flight, I received no help or cancellation options.

      I have submitted a refund request through the booking portal but have been met with silence for over a week. As a student, this financial setback is crushing.

      I urge you to intervene immediately and ensure I receive a full refund. It's disheartening to see a trusted airline prioritize profit over passenger well-being. I am attaching my payment invoice for your reference.

        My name is Shubham Kumar Srivastava, on 16th july 2024 I was travelling from lucknow to leh via delhi through indigo airline with flight No.6E5082 (lko to delhi) and 6E 2049(delhi to leh) and my PNR-SV7Z2Z. I got my luggage submitted at indigo bag drop and got my self security checkin and boarded the flight. When I reached leh in mid afternoon i got information that my luggage is still at lucknow airport and indigo did not board that.Today is 3rd day and i am continuously trying with leh indigo and lucknow indigo to please send my bag but they are not doing anything.I work in armed forces and my base is 300kms from leh. I am requesting my seniors to let me stop here for some days so that i can get my luggage then i will report to my unit.I am barely surviving here, wearing same cloths for past 3 days.Every day is getting worse for me please do whatever it takes but at least give proper information to your customer and connect with each other because at Lucknow it says that the system is showing that the bag has reached to leh and leh airport says we didn’t receive any bag yet and Lucknow airport is not even reaching to delhi airport airport for any further details .Now i am badly stuck in between, please sort out it’s hampering my duty and it can get even worse for me.Thank you

          I am madhav govin datar and my wife savita datar. We were booked on indigo flt 6e 434 from delhi to chennai on 28 jun 2024. Our pnr number was xwnkhr. The flt was cancelled by the company due to accident at delhi t1 terminal. We were promised full refund, which has not yet been received

            Unable to generate travel certificate

            I booked an air ticket in indigo. However, I have misplaced my boarding pass which I need to submit in the office.
            I have been trying to apply for travel certificate from indigo airlines website but every time I am trying to request the travel certificate it is showing the below mentioned error:
            please enter correct email address.
            I have tried with multiple email ids, but the same error is popping every single time....

                His luggage did not reach Mumbai rather it was sent to Guwahati.
                He boarded morning flight as he had some urgent appointment over there, which he missed as all the papers were in his Luggage.
                further had to urgently buy the clothes from Mumbai.

                  The flight no 6E-925 on 25-May-24 scheduled from Patna to Lucknow got delayed by 02hrs 05 mins. Its actual departure time was at 15:10 hrs but it departed at 17:15 hrs. Thus as per DGCA guidelines Airline should have provided fresh meals/ refreshments for the late departure.

                  The same has not been followed and Airline failed to provide fresh meals/ refreshments against the delay. Also the Airline is denying the delay that the late departure by 02:05 mins by saying that it was less than two hours.

                  Some action must be taken against Indigo Airline and suitable compensation must be given by the Airline.

                        I booked an air ticket on indigo. I lost my boarding pass and i need to submit it in office. So i am trying to apply for travel certificate from indigo airlines. I have paid Rs.600 for the certificate on 3.5.24. But the certificate is not received yet.
                        I tried to download the certificate in website but it is showing error: please enter correct email address. I tried with several mail ids, but showing the same. I contacted the customer care number of Indigo several times, but has not recieived the certificate yet. Please get my complaint resolved.

                        I posted the complaint in Air Sewa portal. Within 2 hours the airline company contacted me and made necessary arrangements for the issue of travel certificate. I received the certificate by email the same day. (mailed from [email protected]) .

                          I had travelled via Indigo Flight 6E 183, from CHENNAI to PUNE
                          (15;40 Hrs time of departure) on the 28th of April 2024. I am very disappointed to see my baggage being handled roughly and has visible oil marks on half of the bag and smelling badly. Then reported to property Irregularity Report (PIR) at Pune on the same day, copy received. on 6th May Indigo executive called and says for 1000 rupees vochur as compensation which I rejected.

                            Food poisoning due to inflight food

                            Dear Officer,

                            I was booked on AMD – BLR direct flight 6E823 on 17th April, it got cancelled due to ‘operational reasons’. I had hard time rebooking and interacting with Dottie. Finally through human intervention my rebooking was managed and I was booked in AMD to BOM 6E2046 and BOM to BLR 6E 696 on 17th April.

                            Dear Sir/Madam
                            I am very sorry that even after talking twice to your Customer service telephone call.
                            I am unable to get a refund approx Rs 46644 from you till this date.
                            This is complete stupidity on the part of the Airline by not refunding money and holding the same without any genuine reason.
                            Please check and send us a refund for any further delay.
                            In case if the Indigo fails to credit the amount, you have to pay Interest on delay payment at commercial rate of interest.
