[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — request for duplicate boarding pass for lta exemption

Respected sir/madam,

I mr. Sandip atkole, would like to request you to kindly issue a duplicate boarding pass for lta exemption in my company. Here are my flight details.

Flight: indigo airlines, 6e-205
Date: tue, 26 dec' 17
From: bom (Mumbai) to: del (Delhi) 08:30 hrs
Departure time: 08.30 am
Indigo passenger (S)
1. Mr girish vasant kharivale (Seat no. 27e)
2. Mr rudra girish kharivale (Seat no. 27f)
3. Ms madhuri girish kharivale (Seat no. 26d)
4. Mr sandip pandurang atkole (Seat no. 25f)
5. Ms varsha sandip atkole (Seat no. 26e)
6. Ms sakhi sandip atkole (Seat no. 26f)

However, i have original boarding passes for my return flight from delhi to mumbai on 31-dec (Indigo airlines 6e-191 sun, 31 dec '17 del (Delhi) to bom (Mumbai) 17:10 hrs), but i have lost the original boarding passes for flight no. 6e-205 of 26-dec (Mum to del). Kindly, issue duplicate boarding passes for the same; as it is urgently required for lta exemption.
I have attached e-copy of boarding passes as i had done web-check-in.

Hi Sandip,

As per our policy, if the passenger has boarded the flight, they can’t opt for the duplicate boarding passes.
However for LTA, we provide Travel Certificate which is INR 200/- per passenger per sector. You may apply for the same by clicking on this particular link: https://dbusinessapps.goindigo.in/TravelCertificate/homepage.aspx
